This is a small personal site about one house and one street. These terms are short because there is not much to say.
What this site is
A private, non-commercial site about the Ankerstraat in Nieuwpoort, kept by the owner of Ankerstraat 23a, Nieuwpoort. The history here is researched in good faith and cited where we can, but it is not an official record. If you find something wrong, please tell us and we will correct it.
The guestbook
The guestbook is an open invitation, and it stays pleasant because people treat it kindly. Please leave nothing unlawful, hateful, threatening or obscene, no advertising, and no personal details about other people.
Photographs
Only add a photograph of yourself, or of adults who are happy to appear on a public page. Please do not upload photographs of children.
Moderation
Every photograph is reviewed before it appears. We may decline or later remove any entry, and we do not have to explain why. This is a wall beside somebody's front door, not a public forum.
What you allow
By adding an entry you allow us to show it on this site for as long as it remains there. It stays yours, we claim no ownership of your words or your picture, and you can erase it yourself at any moment using the private link you were given.
Availability
The site is offered as it is. We cannot promise it will always be reachable, and the content may change or be corrected over time.
Law
Belgian law applies to these terms.
